Payment, Shipping & Returns

Payment

We currently accept payments via Paypal and Eway (for credit card payments). All payment gateways are secure and protected for shopping confidence.

Postage

We offer a flat rate standard postage charge of $9.90 within Australia, for unlimited items. Please note this is not for express post.

Most items will be sent in Australia Post Prepaid Postage Satchels and Standard Express Post is available upon request as well as Platinum Express Post. Should you wish to use Standard or Platinum Express post please leave a comment on your order, before making payment. A new invoice will be issued for payment with the postage amount added. 

Standard Express Post is $10.55 for 500g. Over 500g is $14.80  (delivery of 1-3 business days within express post network)

Platinum Express Post is $15.50 for 500g. Over 500g is $19.75  (delivery of next business day within express post network)

PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately shoes are unavailable for post via Platinum Express Post with Australia Post, however can be posted via their standard Express.

Please be aware guaranteed next day delivery is only applicable when destination is within an Australia Post Express Post Networks. For more information please feel free to visit the Australia Post website. http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-networks.html

Signature Delivery can be purchased additionally for $2.95 - please leave a comment on your order before payment. A new invoice will be issued for payment with the Signature Delivery amount added. Selecting Signature Delivery is highly recommended to ensure against parcel theft. This means the parcel will require a signature upon delivery or will be taken to your local post office for collection if no one is available at time of delivery attempt. You will receive a card with details on where to collect your post. Alternatively we recommend sending your order to your workplace if you will not be home during the day - please ensure to include your company name in your shipping address.

For any orders marked 'Authority to Leave' or at a specific location, please do so at your own risk. Please note we can not be held responsible for theft if a parcel is left unattended.

Exchanges and Returns Policy

All sale items are final sale. Please ensure you select carefully as unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.  

Exchanges/ Returns

Please select carefully as we do not offer refunds for simply change of mind. Swimwear can not be returned or exchanged without the hygenic liner in original place.

The guidelines given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).   

Should you require to return or exchange an item, please email us at: stock@prettydress.com.au before returning any items. Contact must be made within 2 days of receiving your order, Pretty Dress must approve your return via email, and the item is to be lodged at the post office for return within 7 days of Pretty Dress approval. Returns may be refused after this time or if the items show signs of wear and tear. Upon receival of your return you will be notified via email by Pretty Dress. Worn, soiled, marked or torn return items will not be accepted. Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. If the item is fautly, not as ordered, postage will be incurred by Pretty Dress. 

If the item is to be exchanged for another size, please specify the replacement size you require, this allows us to check whether we can provide you with the exchange size you require at the time. As we stock limited quantities of each style and size, in the event Pretty Dress can not exchange for the required size, a store credit will be issued. For any exchanges, customers must provide an Australia Post Prepaid satchel with their return item in order for us to post their exchange item.

We ask that all items to be returned or exchanged are returned to Pretty Dress in unworn original condition with all original tags intact. All returns must be sent via Registered Post, Express Post is not necessary.

All items need to be returned in condition received. Tags still attached to the garment, unworn, no stains or marks and no damage to closures and seams. Every item purchased from Pretty Dress goes through a thorough inspection, prior to being sent to the customer. This is to ensure there are no faults or damages with the item before being posted.

Please note all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, including return and exchanges. For any items being returned for exchange, please ensure to include a return post satchel within your return.
