Payment, Shipping & Returns

Payment

Paypal (Preferred)

Paypal is our preferred method of payment however we also accept bank deposit.

Bank Deposit

Please note when paying by bank deposit depending on your bank it may take up to a few days for your funds to clear. Unfortunately we can not post items until payment has been received. Please ensure to state your order number in the payment description and your name when paying by bank deposit.

It is also important you check that the BSB number and account number you have entered are correct because payments are processed using the BSB number and account number only, without checking the account name. Funds may be credited to the account of an unintended recipient if the BSB number and account number are not correct. It may not be possible to recover funds from an unintended recipient.

Postage

We currently only post within Australia.

Most items will be sent in Australia Post Prepaid Postage Satchels and Express Post is available upon request.

Exchanges and Returns Policy

Should you require to return or exchange an item, please email us here at Pretty Dress  before returning any items.  If the item is to be exchanged for another size, please specify the replacement size you require, this allows us to check whether we can provide you with the exchange size you require. As we stock limited quantities of each style and size, in the event Pretty Dress can not exchange for the required size, a store credit will be issued.

We ask that all items to be returned or exchanged are returned to Pretty Dress in unworn original condition with all original tags intact.

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, ie size, colour as to what was stated on your order) please ensure to return the item in unworn condition within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. All returned items must be sent via an Australian Post Prepaid Satchel. This cost will be included in your refund.

Please note all postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return or exchange is a result of our error, as specified above. All items are to be returned in an Australia Post Prepaid Satchel.

If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at Pretty Dress first.  Once contact has been made and an exchange or refund is to be required, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.  We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund/return once we've received and processed the returned item.
